"When the newly confirmed cases were about to reach 10,000 in Italy, I decided to buy a flight ticket to go back home in China.”
All of a sudden, I decided to purchase a flight ticket to China.
I landed in Beijing on March 12th. Since I had a slight cough due to mild pharyngitis, I reported to the medical staff for examination. At around 23:00, I was arranged to a special isolation area of the Beijing Capital International Airport to have my temperature checked. I was then taken by an ambulance from the airport to a local hospital for further examination (including nucleic acid detection and CT examination).
By 5:30 on March 13th, I was done with all medical examinations. I was at the hospital for six hours.
These photos were taken while waiting for the medical tests.
There were people waiting to be tested; there were people who just had their blood drawn; there were people who were reading their medical test reports; there were people waiting for doctors; and there were people wearing ‘protective’ clothing.
My carry-on luggage,
Hand sanitizers in the hospital,
People wearing masks,
All these frame what happened that night in the hospital.
